Senior Clinical Pharmacologist (Pharmacometrics)

Location: Tarrytown, NY; Warren, NJ; or Cambridge, MA. Four days per week onsite.

Salary: $128,600–$210,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, design, implement, and analyze in-vivo and in-vitro pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
• Conduct Pharmacometrics analyses, including compartmental modeling, PopPK, translational modeling, disease modeling, PopPK/PD, and exposure-response analyses.
• Interpret pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles to support scientific understanding of assigned research programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, Toxicology, Bioanalytical, Therapeutic Focus, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Writing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Prepare Pharmacometrics reports, regulatory documents, and materials for IND/CTA, pre-IND, EOP2, and pre-BLA interactions.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, or Engineering, or a Pharm.D. or MD degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant Clinical Pharmacology experience.
• Ability to independently serve as a Clinical Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, or PPKPD lead for moderately complex studies.
• Advanced experience with MS Excel, R, RStudio, Prism, Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, STAN, and NonMem.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in Tarrytown, Warren, or Cambridge.
