What you will do
- Define product strategies, implementation plans, priorities, and roadmaps for digital products and customer experiences.
- Partner with marketing, sales, technology, operations, design, analytics, project management, and business teams.
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate product concepts and business needs into requirements, user stories, epics, project briefs, and other product deliverables.
- Guide development teams through execution, launches, defect triage, issue resolution, and blocker removal.
- Present product strategy, performance, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience with digital products or digital customer experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in the digital industry or technology-driven environments.
- Experience developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience translating business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and epics.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners, present recommendations to leadership, and address technical, customer, and business challenges.

- Experience with consumer-facing digital products or digital commerce platforms.
- Experience with large-scale digital products, product analytics, or innovative and emerging technologies.
