Senior Analyst - Physical Security Technology

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; travel up to 20% domestically and potentially internationally. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Plan and execute physical security technology projects for new builds, system upgrades, retrofits, and security infrastructure improvements.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, changes, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate site leaders, Security, Facilities, Engineering, technology teams, architects, contractors, integrators, vendors, and other project partners.
• Review architectural, electrical, low-voltage, security, and construction drawings to identify scope gaps, conflicts, and constructability concerns.
• Coordinate access control, video management, visitor management, intercom, turnstile, perimeter security, and access-controlled opening systems through implementation, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Prepare leadership updates, support root-cause analysis, and develop corrective actions and countermeasures for project and system issues.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, physical security technology, construction, facility infrastructure, low-voltage systems, or related project delivery.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects through planning, execution, implementation, closeout, and handoff.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, low-voltage, security, and construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, video management, low-voltage infrastructure, and access-controlled openings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, judgment, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone XProtect, visitor management systems, or comparable enterprise security platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, corporate, logistics, critical infrastructure, or other complex operational environments.
• Knowledge of construction delivery, security design coordination, door hardware, commissioning, acceptance testing, and system turnover.
• Experience with fire protection projects and familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, building codes, and authority having jurisdiction requirements.
• Professional certification or formal training such as PMP, CPP, PSP, or LEAN.
