Utilization Review Clinician (ABA)

Location: Remote in Washington State; must reside in the PST, MST, or CST time zones

Salary: $27.02–$48.55 per hour

What you will do

• Review members’ care, health status, and ABA treatment plans before, during, and after services.
• Perform behavioral health prior authorization reviews to assess medical appropriateness and level of care.
• Analyze behavioral health member data to improve care quality and appropriate service utilization.
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers and healthcare teams regarding services provided to members.
• Educate members and families about ABA and the behavioral health utilization process.
• Provide leadership feedback on process improvement and development of new processes or policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience.
• For Enterprise Population Health, at least 2 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA.
• Master’s degree required for behavioral health clinicians.
• Behavioral health clinical knowledge and experience reviewing or assessing ABA treatment plans.
• Independent clinical licensure and applicable state licensure are required.
• Required credentials may include LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, BCBA, RN with BCBA, or LBA where required by the state.
