Customer Support Associate (Fintech)

Location: Charlotte, NC; in-person office. Hours: 10am–7pm.

hirify.global provides a financial platform for treasury and capital markets in the public sector, serving governments, universities, health systems, bankers, and advisors.

What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries through live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Become an expert in the hirify.global product and deliver client training and ongoing product education.
• Coordinate with the data team to ensure accurate data updates.
• Work with product and development teams to resolve product issues.
• Create or facilitate FAQs, user guides, and support articles, while engaging with clients after implementation to drive success.

Requirements

• Experience in a people-focused customer service role; software product support experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, data manipulation, and analysis, is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A service-oriented, empathetic, positive approach and the ability to work independently through uncertainty and change.
• Ability to collaborate with people from varied backgrounds, perspectives, education levels, and skill sets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting and/or bond math.
• Experience with municipal debt or lease accounting.
