• Consult with clients on succession planning, tax planning, and business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on the size and complexity of each engagement.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members while supporting client and community opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and professional training.

• At least six years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm; 10 or more years is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification; a JD or EA may be accepted instead of a CPA.
• Experience with strategic management, issue resolution, public accounting, and corporate tax.
• Ability to lead teams, provide solutions, and support the development of colleagues.
