Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support sustainability data collection, validation, calculation, GHG accounting, and carbon footprint reporting.
• Assist with decarbonisation projects and internal sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement, awareness campaigns, and sustainability communications.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable innovation, process improvement, and data system enhancements.
• Coordinate sustainability tasks across departments and maintain internal documentation and knowledge platforms.
• Monitor CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and GHG Protocol developments and maintain the compliance tracker.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sustainability or a similar role.
• Experience with GHG accounting, Scope 1–3 emissions, and Product Carbon Footprints.
• Understanding of European sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, double materiality assessments, and ESG compliance.
• Experience with internal engagement programmes, awareness campaigns, and cross-functional project tracking.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
