Associate Scientist- Phlebotomist

What you will do

• Perform and document routine analytical procedures according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collect primary biological samples as a licensed phlebotomist for internal laboratory use.
• Review routine data, quality control metrics, and procedure tolerances.
• Identify, document, and escalate analytical deviations and unusual results.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload into the LIMS system.
• Prepare laboratory solutions and support equipment calibration, maintenance, training, and quality investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment with knowledge of GLP.
• Active phlebotomy license and hands-on blood collection experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Proficiency with routine laboratory calculations, data review, and quality control metrics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk frequently, perform close-eye work, and occasionally work in cold temperatures.
