Product Manager (Website Growth)

Location: Europe; remote work is available

What you will do

• Develop and own the website growth strategy and roadmap in alignment with product and marketing goals.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and registration drop-offs to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize registration flows, landing pages, onboarding, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests and continuous growth experiments.
• Implement technical SEO improvements and improve website speed, performance, and technical health.
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, product, and engineering teams while driving initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with web products or growth funnels and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, including experience with web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-oriented design.
• Experience running A/B tests or experimentation programs.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to identify user behavior patterns and growth opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Experience with high-traffic B2C websites.
• Understanding of technical SEO.
• Experience improving website performance and page speed.
