Salary: $220,000–$262,500 per year

What you will do

• Defend clients in single- and multi-plaintiff employment litigation in court and arbitration.
• Investigate and respond to administrative employment-law charges.
• Provide advice and counsel on employment law matters, including handbooks and policies.
• Support employment-law training and clients’ day-to-day employment needs.
• Develop written legal work and contribute to client service and practice development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and an active California law license in good standing are required.
• At least 5 years of experience practicing California labor and employment law.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and demonstrate strong client-service skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Nice to have

• Civil litigation and trial experience.
• Interest in publishing, speaking, and employment-law training.
