Labor & Employment Of Counsel

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; onsite law firm position.

Salary: $262,500–$300,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Advise clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities.
• Conduct and support employment-law investigations.
• Contribute to an expanding labor and employment practice in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• California bar license in good standing is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• 8+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials, such as graduating in the top 20% of the law school class and participating in Law Review or Moot Court.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
