Product Support Specialist

What you will do

• Support the Semi Product Organization with daily ship-and-debit renewal activities.
• Release ZKE1 and ZOR pricing block orders.
• Prepare quotes, process backlogs, and provide operational support to product team members.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy records as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least two years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer, email, phone, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in more than one language may be required.
