What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy across multiple broad functional areas through senior managers.
• Direct market requirements, product strategy, technology roadmaps, pricing, and product positioning.
• Lead competitive analysis, market research, and evaluation of customer needs.
• Develop business plans and strategies to increase market penetration, revenue, market share, and profit margins.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and enhance existing product lines.
• Recommend resource deployment and present complex business issues to senior executives.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of systems, business practices, and changing market environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant business segment and commercial expertise.
• Experience leading a business unit, department, or sub-function through multiple management levels.
• Ability to evaluate complex business challenges and direct innovative solutions.
