Functional Business Analyst – IV (SAP)

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Analyze existing SAP systems, identify improvement opportunities, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Elicit and decompose complex business requirements, prepare functional specifications, wireframes, flowcharts, manuals, and configuration documents.
• Lead design, testing, and post-Go-Live support for major SAP implementations, including R15D, R18, and Reverse 2.0.
• Oversee development against specifications and validate end-product functionality.
• Manage article, vendor, site, pricing, and contract data processes while ensuring data quality and SLA compliance.
• Monitor system performance, manage configuration changes, and provide status and data-validation reports.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience and a BA or BS in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with MDG, FIORI, SAP S4, and SQVI.
• Experience with Contract and Pricing Data Management in SAP.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic, critical-thinking, data-analysis, forensic-query, and project-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain close attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of regional wireless telecommunications markets, businesses, and service providers; proficiency with G Suite applications.
