SAP Business Analyst

Location: Onsite in Tucson, Arizona, USA

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams for ERP inquiries, incidents, enhancements, and support.
• Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, process maps, and system requirements.
• Analyze process gaps, costs, impacts, risks, and opportunities to improve and standardize operations.
• Manage SAP upgrades, module implementations, integrations, enhancements, production support, documentation, training, and change management.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, third-party platforms, vendors, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional experience in a core module such as SD or MM.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using APIs, Microsoft Azure, SAP Cloud Integration, Sterling, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SAP projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, remote teams, and cross-functional groups across multiple time zones.
