Cloud Network Administrator (Azure/AWS)

What you will do

• Support the implementation, administration, monitoring, and operation of global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of production SaaS network services.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, WAN optimization, DNS, and related network services.
• Develop network automation using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
• Participate in deployments, migrations, upgrades, technology refresh initiatives, monitoring, capacity planning, and network improvement projects.
• Provide Tier 2 support, incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call coverage while collaborating with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure and/or AWS networking environments.
• Experience administering enterprise firewalls, VPN technologies, network security solutions, and highly available production environments.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks, plus Git-based source control and pull request workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, root cause analysis, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience; ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with globally distributed enterprise, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, network performance analysis, ITIL, GitOps, or CI/CD infrastructure practices.
• CCNP, Azure, Palo Alto Networks, or AWS certifications.
