Senior Director, Infrastructure & Operations (Infrastructure/IT Operations): Leading global infrastructure, workplace technology, and technology service operations for a complex enterprise with an accent on modernization, resilience, service quality, and cost optimization. Focus on developing cloud, data center, network, endpoint, managed-service, and ITSM strategies while building a high-performing global organization and partnering with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and AI & Data teams.
Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be based in the United States or a major location, with periodic travel as required.

What you will do
- Define and execute the global Infrastructure & Operations strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
- Own data centers, hosting, cloud infrastructure, enterprise networks, connectivity, workplace technology, and endpoint services.
- Lead operational service delivery, including service requests, incident management, major incident management, service levels, and continual improvement.
- Develop modernization, consolidation, sourcing, outsourcing, resilience, disaster recovery, and technical-debt reduction strategies.
- Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and infrastructure, network, workplace, and managed-service providers.
- Build and lead a geographically dispersed organization while contributing to enterprise technology strategy, investment decisions, and transformation.
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in infrastructure, technology operations, or enterprise service delivery within a large, complex global organization.
- Broad experience across data centers, hosting, cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, end-user computing, and digital workplace services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, IT service management, service-management platforms, and major incident management.
- Experience with managed services, sourcing strategies, vendor governance, contracts, service levels, cost optimization, and commercial relationships.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure risk, and technical-debt reduction.
- Must be based in the United States or a major location and be able to work remotely, with periodic travel as required.
