Salary: $138,000–$190,000 annual salary for San Francisco Bay Area hires; $132,000–$182,000 for New York City hires.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, routing algorithms, queue architecture, and processing of intent signals.
- Monitor lead-flow integrity across Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData using automated health checks, error logging, and alerts.
- Replace batch campaign operations with real-time, event-driven routing through OS.
- Govern lead scoring, lifecycle states, account-to-lead matching, data schemas, change controls, APIs, and service-level tracking.
- Automate delivery of buyer-intent telemetry to sales-facing views and improve lead quality, velocity, and stage conversion.
- Partner with Field Marketing, BDR/SDR leaders, Sales Operations, BizApps, Data Engineering, and BI teams on revenue-engine operations.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience across B2B marketing operations, systems engineering, revenue operations, or MarTech architecture.
- Advanced experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and lead routing engines such as LeanData.
- Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, SQL, or scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Experience designing lifecycle state transitions, complex routing architectures, workflow automation, and software-level change management.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, SLA monitoring, data-layer schemas, account-to-lead matching, and marketing technology integrations.
- Must work in the United States from Austin, the San Francisco Bay Area, or New York City; in-person interviews may be required at a office or hub.
Nice to have
- Experience with internal orchestration platforms, worker nodes such as Workers, or iPaaS environments.
- Exposure to server-side tracking, edge technologies such as Zaraz, CDPs, and account-based intent platforms including Demandbase or 6sense.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA implemented across data pipelines.
