What you will do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues across SAP EAM and IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and understand asset maintenance processes, functionality, and KPIs.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs and resolve operational issues.
• Partner with developers to design, code, test, and implement custom or complex solutions.
• Oversee solution deployments to production environments and provide user support and ad-hoc training.
• Contribute to an Agile ERP scrum team focused on application maintenance and evergreen support through configuration, automation, and integration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP ECC or S/4HANA, JDE, Infor EAM, Maximo, or other Plant Maintenance applications within Enterprise Asset Management.
• Knowledge of configuration in the relevant functional area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-focus, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to support and mentor junior team members.
• Must work from the Buenos Aires, Argentina location.

Nice to have

• ABAP debugging or code analysis experience.
• SAP Security or SAP Integration knowledge.
• Basic technical expertise in low-code development, continuous integration, or automation.
