What you will do
- Develop and execute RRAM technology qualification plans and reliability stress tests covering endurance, data retention, read disturb, write disturb, HTOL, TDDB, and related dielectric reliability evaluations.
- Develop lifetime prediction and reliability models using statistical techniques.
- Support customer reliability assessments, qualification deliverables, and definition of reliability requirements for new RRAM products and technology nodes.
- Investigate RRAM failure mechanisms, switching degradation, and root causes through electrical, physical, and material characterization.
- Correlate device performance with process, integration, and material variations, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with FEOL, BEOL, integration, device, modeling, and manufacturing teams to optimize RRAM operation and evaluate new materials, dopants, and process changes.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of semiconductor NVM reliability experience.
- Direct experience with RRAM/ReRAM, embedded NVM, and MRAM, PCM, or other emerging memory technologies.
- Knowledge of switching mechanisms, conductive filament physics, retention, endurance, variability, and algorithm impacts on forming, erase, and program operations.
- Understanding of automotive qualification requirements, including AEC-Q100 and JEDEC.
- Programming skills in Python, VBA, or advanced statistical tools.
