Lead 508 Compliance Specialist (Accessibility)

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC; US citizenship required for the federal client.

Salary: $141,800–$151,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end accessibility remediation lifecycle for 287(g) program documentation.
• Review public-facing Memoranda of Agreement for Section 508 compliance.
• Serve as the accessibility gatekeeper for digital inclusion and compliant document delivery.
• Support the 287(g) Program customer with accessibility-focused compliance activities.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required by the federal client.
• Public Trust clearance is required.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance and accessibility remediation.
• Ability to manage documentation through the full remediation lifecycle.
