Student Worker (m/f/d) Lean & Continuous Improvement in Production (Aerospace)

Location: Production sites in Augsburg, Bremen, or Kourou; mobile working is available according to the area of responsibility.

Salary: Up to €20 per hour gross.

What you will do

• Support the practical implementation of Lean and 5S measures in production.
• Analyze and optimize workstations and production processes for efficiency and practicality.
• Create and maintain standards, checklists, and visual labels.
• Conduct value stream analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Support continuous improvement processes and monitor the implementation and success of improvement measures.
• Collaborate directly with employees in the production environment.

Requirements

• Currently studying production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, and 5S methodology.
• Structured working approach and a strong hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in working directly in production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
