TL;DR
Health & Safety Partner (Compliance/ISO): Strengthening Group-wide health and safety governance, standards and digital reporting across European markets with an accent on stakeholder engagement, project delivery and continuous improvement. Focus on developing the H&S platform, translating data into practical actions, and implementing consistent standards across countries and business units.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Head Office). Occasional travel across European markets is required.

What you will do
- Strengthen Group-level health and safety governance and embed practical standards across markets.
- Work with senior stakeholders, business unit leaders, local H&S teams and Group IT.
- Lead health and safety, compliance and continuous improvement projects from scoping through implementation and adoption.
- Support the development and adoption of the H&S platform, including digital and near-miss reporting.
- Use data, observations and feedback to identify gaps and turn insights into clear actions.
- Build engagement across cultures and support consistent application of standards across business units.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Health & Safety, Compliance or a related project-driven role.
- Experience managing projects across countries, business units or functions from idea to implementation.
- Experience with systems, process implementation and digital tools, preferably in health and safety, reporting or compliance.
- Knowledge of certification-related processes and relevant ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and cross-cultural influencing skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel occasionally across the markets.

- Experience with M&A, integration or transformation contexts.
