Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within UTC-3 to UTC+3; listed locations include Madrid, Spain; Sofia, Bulgaria; and Berlin, Germany. Travel to other European countries without waiting for a visa appointment is required for annual kickoffs, team meetups, or conferences.

Salary: €88,000–€105,000 annually in markets similar to the UK and Germany; €79,000–€97,000 annually in markets similar to Spain, Poland, and Ukraine, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack product features using AI coding agents.
• Develop reliability capabilities for AI-native software, including tests, checks, and monitoring.
• Talk directly with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams to understand workflows and validate product ideas.
• Solve flaky tests, unclear failures, noisy alerts, and other production reliability problems.
• Own work from problem definition through implementation, rollout, and production observation.
• Participate in customer support and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping production software with a comparable stack.
• Hands-on experience using AI to take features from initial concept to production.
• Ability to reason about customer problems from both product and technical perspectives.
• Experience operating production software, handling incidents, regressions, observability, and follow-up.
• Autonomy and self-motivation in a remote, async-first environment.
• Availability to work within UTC-3 to UTC+3 and travel to other European countries without waiting for a visa appointment.
