TL;DR
Hardware Support Engineer (Server Hardware/AI Infrastructure): Troubleshooting and maintaining server equipment in data centers while coordinating with suppliers, vendors, data center personnel, and customers, with an accent on hardware diagnostics, GPU cluster support, and infrastructure documentation. Focus on resolving complex hardware issues, maintaining spare-parts readiness, and developing automation and maintenance best practices.
Location: Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting equipment located in data centers. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the role, and work from anywhere is available for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and proactively maintain server equipment in data centers.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, data center personnel, and customers to resolve hardware issues.
- Document hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
- Help develop and implement hardware maintenance processes and best practices.
- Maintain efficient spare-parts stock and support infrastructure reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional IT experience focused on hardware support.
- Strong understanding of server architecture and PC hardware components.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues independently.
- Basic Linux or Unix knowledge and familiarity with networking fundamentals, including InfiniBand, IP addressing, DNS, gateways, MAC addresses, ping, ifconfig, and traceroute.
- Experience troubleshooting GPU cluster hardware and strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- English at least Intermediate level is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with HP, Dell, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Arista, Cisco, or APC equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of network and server equipment and data center infrastructure.
- Experience with Bash, Python, and AI for task automation.
- Interest in process automation and keeping current with hardware technology.
