Senior Physical Security & Identity Innovation Specialist

What you will do

• Manage a transparent, prioritized, and governed portfolio of physical security innovation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals, and management recommendations for technology and capability investments.
• Define and continuously improve innovation governance, evaluation criteria, decision-making processes, and investment frameworks.
• Build innovation funnels, capability roadmaps, architectural direction, standards, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Establish partnerships across Digital Technology Solutions, the CRE Center of Excellence, business sectors, and external partners.
• Ensure validated innovations transition into standards, implementation initiatives, and operational physical security services while coaching future innovation specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in innovation management, technology management, security management, business administration, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in innovation, portfolio management, governance, program management, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, investment proposals, and management recommendations.
• Experience establishing governance structures, processes, operating models, or decision-making frameworks in complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align strategic, governance, expert, and operational teams.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required, and legal authorization to access United States export-controlled technology is required before starting work.
