Head of Finance

Location: Preferably based in Zug, Switzerland or Espoo, Finland; occasional travel to the UAE required

What you will do

• Lead the financial, operational, and governance framework for hirify.global AG’s Principal Company buy–sell operating model.
• Support implementation of the operating model and lead change management across business units and stakeholder groups.
• Lead regional S&OP and inventory planning, supply chain and warehousing solutions, and customer service operations.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, management information systems, VAT compliance, hedging, and IFRS reporting.
• Lead transfer pricing, credit insurance, profitability analysis, business case evaluations, and financial performance management.
• Drive customer and supplier onboarding, ERP development, internal controls, compliance, and cross-functional process improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive finance leadership experience across accounting, financial reporting, business performance, and profitability management.
• Deep expertise in buy–sell and intercompany operating models, transfer pricing, and tax considerations.
• Experience with supply chain management, inventory planning, S&OP, ERP implementation, systems development, and process design.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in a complex global matrix organization.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required for communication with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
