Internship - Email Marketing Internship - Email Marketing (Email Marketing/Bloomreach): Supporting commercial newsletters, email and push notification campaigns, translations, reporting, and content optimization for a European customer base with an accent on campaign execution, copywriting, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on setting up Bloomreach campaigns, analyzing performance, developing A/B tests, and conducting competitor research.
Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid work with up to 2 days from home per week
Internship allowance: €450 gross per month

What you will do
- Support the creation and setup of commercial newsletters for European customers.
- Brief the design team and contribute to email layouts, visuals, and campaign copy.
- Set up email and push notification campaigns in Bloomreach.
- Coordinate translation requests for email and push notification content.
- Analyze campaign performance and maintain reporting archives.
- Develop campaign ideas, A/B tests, content improvements, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Availability for 40 hours per week for 5 months starting in February 2027.
- Enrollment at a school or university throughout the full internship.
- Current HBO, Bachelor, or Master studies in Marketing, Communication, New Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfortable communicating and writing in English; knowledge of other European languages is optional.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Creative mindset, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with a CRM tool such as Bloomreach.
- Additional European languages.
- Interest in fashion.
