Account Director (Sustainability and Social Impact)

What you will do

• Advise major brands and businesses on sustainability, social impact, purpose strategies, and reputation campaigns.
• Lead integrated PR, digital, social, content, and measurement programmes.
• Design social impact programmes and establish partnerships with civil society organisations and NGOs.
• Develop strategic platforms and communications materials using insights and the hirify.global Trust Barometer.
• Support business growth, proposals, marketing initiatives, and the continued development of hirify.global’s offer.
• Develop junior colleagues, lead teams, and manage selected accounts and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising leading brands on sustainability, social impact, or purpose strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with theories of change, behaviour change, impact measurement, and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and manage multistakeholder partnerships focused on societal impact.
• Strong senior-level client advisory, creative campaign delivery, leadership, and business development skills.
• Ability to collaborate with corporate affairs, marketing, sustainability, procurement, HR, and other client-side teams.
• Strong understanding of AI, digital technologies, storytelling, communications, and diverse global market needs.
