Learning Delivery Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines

What you will do

• Execute learning programs across scheduling, session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and learning system updates.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite session production, including venues, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support.
• Manage personalized learning and closed-enrollment requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and follow-up.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, completion records, rescheduling, and cancellations across systems and partners.
• Resolve routine delivery issues, escalate exceptions, and use feedback and data to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations.
• Experience in learning or program delivery, learning management systems, and virtual delivery systems.
• Basic reporting, data cleaning, trend analysis, operational compliance, and confidential information handling.
• Experience with onsite event logistics, participant support, coordination, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, work tracking, and project management skills.
• Advanced English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Customer Service, Hospitality, Event Planning, or Operations.
• Knowledge of digital tools, automation, and AI.
• Scrum or Agile methodology experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
