What you will do
- Partner with global domain leads and senior technology managers on organisational, talent, workforce, and people priorities.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, restructuring, and business change initiatives.
- Deliver talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career development, and performance management initiatives.
- Use employee feedback, engagement data, attrition trends, and workforce metrics to support people decisions.
- Advise managers on employee relations, employment matters, people policies, and risk management.
- Collaborate with regional People Partners, People Operations, and Centres of Excellence on global people programmes and process improvements.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in People Partnering or Business Partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes, employment practices, employee relations, and people risk management.
- Experience supporting organisational change, talent, engagement, and workforce initiatives.
- Ability to influence managers and senior leaders, build credibility, communicate clearly, and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in complex, matrixed, or multinational organisations and the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Technology, Engineering, Product, Delivery, or Professional Services populations.
- Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, organisation design, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience interpreting workforce data and people metrics.
- Financial Services, FinTech, or Technology industry experience.
