Senior Controller

hirify.global is scaling its finance function and expanding operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, accounting, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Manage and develop the Assistant Controller and Accountant.
• Oversee revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, accruals, and hirify.global-sheet management.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, and Legal on budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage international tax matters and lead annual audits with external advisors and auditors.
• Improve finance processes, systems, automation, and internal controls while supporting complex transactions and new products.

Requirements

• CPA with strong accounting fundamentals and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with consolidations, multi-entity accounting, and international operations.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, international tax, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing and developing finance or accounting team members.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced environment.
