What you will do
- Lead multiple customer implementation projects for systems and solutions.
- Plan, execute, track, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, quality, and predictability targets.
- Manage feature definitions, project scope, documentation, metrics, status reporting, and customer reviews.
- Identify project risks, unknowns, dependencies, and blocking issues, then drive resolution plans across teams.
- Coordinate implementation resources, assignments, release criteria, and minimum viable product delivery.
- Lead customer onboarding, address customer concerns, and share implementation best practices across Global Services.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years of technical project management.
- Experience leading complex projects for external clients involving integrations with multiple systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Technical background sufficient to understand complex product functionality, design, and technical issues.
- Experience managing customer projects and working with remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience; proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office, Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, and Smartsheet.

- Experience implementing cloud SaaS solutions.
- Previous software development experience.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, salon, or fitness industry.
- PMP or similar certification.
