ECHO Analyst (Connectivity/Hosting Operations): Supporting customer onboarding, connectivity requests, billing inquiries, and order implementation for hosting-facility solutions with an accent on network connectivity, telecom carriers, data center coordination, and operational accuracy. Focus on managing parallel client projects, troubleshooting basic billing and connectivity issues, maintaining CRM and tracking data, and submitting change-control tickets.
Location: Hong Kong – Man Yee Building

What you will do
- Support customer connectivity requests and onboard customers and telecom carriers to hosting facilities.
- Coordinate installation, activation, billing, and implementation of basic connectivity solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic customer billing inquiries.
- Consolidate and submit Remedy change-control tickets for internal CME teams.
- Enter order paperwork, circuit information, customer data, and contact details into enterprise databases, CRM systems, SharePoint/Confluence, and tracking spreadsheets.
- Use automation tools for provisioning and troubleshooting and complete additional assigned projects.
Requirements
- Entry-level analytical skills and a basic understanding of connectivity or hosting procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in network connectivity, telecom, or IT infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects in parallel, maintain CRM records and trackers, and provide concise stakeholder updates.
- Some experience with WAN, LAN, VPN, cloud connectivity, telecom carriers, and data centers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong at Man Yee Building.
