What you will do
- Support the Front Office as the first point of contact for operational issues and queries.
- Coordinate the smooth and timely delivery of client instructions and documentation between the Front and Back Office.
- Conduct independent verification with private clients.
- Perform first-level checks and reviews of client instructions and documentation.
- Handle banking transaction and documentation enquiries from internal clients.
- Support projects, data maintenance, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Private banking experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin, is required.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent IT skills, especially Excel; experience with AI tools is preferred.
