Head of Property and Business Pack (Commercial Property Insurance)

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and long-term profitable growth of Commercial Property insurance.
• Own the regional technical and governance framework for Business Package products.
• Oversee first-party Business Package lines and monitor underwriting quality, loss ratios, and results.
• Develop and position innovative insurance products and services for a producer network.
• Align underwriting with Distribution, Claims, Actuarial, Finance, and other functions.
• Maintain pricing tools, systems, controls, regulatory compliance, and claims excellence.

Requirements

• Significant insurance leadership experience across multiple products and geographies, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven record of profitable growth in a sizable general insurance product line.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Property Insurance and an expert technical underwriting background.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical, quantitative, process, and systems skills.
• Strategic leadership, change management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Established relationships with customers and intermediaries.
