Lead Product Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead product lifecycle activities, including quality improvements, product introductions, product exits, and resource management.
• Manage product profitability through cost-structure improvements and pricing strategies.
• Forecast demand, assess market dynamics, prioritize customer requirements, and support capacity planning.
• Drive new product introduction processes and annual critical business initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of chemistry and applications in wet etching and cleaning is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
• General Manager mindset with strong accountability and ownership of assigned product lines or profit centers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
