Compliance Analyst (KYB Enhanced Due Diligence)

What you will do

• Complete enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk customers.
• Assess high-risk customer transaction activity against the nature of the business.
• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers and manage escalations from first-line teams and other business units.
• Lead projects focused on improving EDD processes and remain current on FATF and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide AML/CFT expertise and draft policies, procedures, guidance, training materials, and impact assessments.
• Train other employees on relevant compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of EDD experience.
• ACAMS, ACFCS, or another leading industry certification.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global CDD/EDD requirements, AML/CFT, sanctions risks, and financial services and crypto licensing requirements.
• Experience with complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
