What you will do
- Process customer orders using internal CRM/ERP systems and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, factory, logistics, and sales support teams to resolve order issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, or website chatbot.
- Monitor order status through final delivery and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Process order, billing, account, service, maintenance, and termination requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while maintaining service and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant certification in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate and understand Mandarin.
- Experience with logistics or shipping and handling regional customers.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
