Intern, Viewer Experience, Disney+ APAC - Jan to Jul 2027

Location: Singapore, Singapore; office-based and on-site throughout the full internship period

Disney Streaming provides Disney+ entertainment content and personalized viewing experiences across internet-connected devices.

What you will do

• Compile weekly Viewer Experience performance reports covering Business Process Outsourcer performance and trending issues.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, run weekly BPO check-ins, and distribute meeting notes and business updates.
• Provide daily operational support on contact drivers, customer feedback, and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Viewer Experience teams and cross-functional Disney Streaming stakeholders on product initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, investigate trends and root causes, and review samples for illustrative examples.
• Audit and troubleshoot product issues and escalate them to product and engineering teams when needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and must remain an undergraduate during the internship.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to June 2027, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
• Available to work on-site for the entire internship period in Singapore.
• Strong organizational, process management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; internship availability and expected graduation date must be included in the resume.
