Security Analyst Intern Summer 2027 (Aerospace)

Location: Middle River, Maryland, United States. Full-time, on-site work is required for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2027.

Salary: $22 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Support security education initiatives and related development projects.
• Conduct intelligence and risk assessments to support enterprise security.
• Research network infrastructure and contribute to security analysis.
• Support physical security, program security, and enterprise risk management activities.
• Work with mentors, supervisors, and security department employees to solve real operational challenges.
• Provide project updates and collaborate across teams to deliver results.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a similar field.
• Have at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least three months of general work experience, including internships or personal/team projects.
• Be able to work full-time on-site in Middle River, Maryland, for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2027.
• For U.S. office work, meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required government authorizations.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Military experience, active duty or reserves, or ROTC experience.
• Experience in the aerospace or technology industry.
