Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Philippines; collaboration across Central European and Pacific Time zones is required.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end billing by preparing and auditing invoices against contracts, MSAs, and purchase orders.
• Submit invoices through customer procurement portals such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Taulia, and track payment approvals.
• Manage AR aging schedules, conduct collections outreach, resolve payment delays, and support escalation of high-risk accounts.
• Investigate short payments, billing disputes, unapplied cash, credit memos, and account adjustments.
• Build collections dashboards, provide weekly AR reporting, and maintain transparent communication with Sales and Finance.
• Maintain AR documentation, improve billing and onboarding controls, and support annual external audits.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of accounting experience focused on accounts receivable, billing, and cash reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English and the ability to collaborate across Central European and Pacific Time zones.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to daily accounting work.
• Willingness to build scalable processes and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or other customer procurement portals.
• Experience handling complex purchase order structures.
