Salary: $23.32–$34.95 per hour

What you will do
- Perform standardized golf ball testing procedures independently and accurately.
- Use Excel, Minitab, and testing systems for data entry and basic analysis.
- Maintain, calibrate, and conduct preventative maintenance on assigned testing equipment.
- Document test results, maintain data integrity, and keep laboratory environments audit ready.
- Identify equipment or test abnormalities and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with technicians and engineers to meet product testing schedules.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related technical or laboratory experience.
- Working knowledge of standard test procedures and laboratory practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-documented data.
- Ability to manage multiple routine assignments with general supervision.
- Ability to follow established processes and safety standards consistently.
- Ability to work onsite at the Carlsbad, United States location.
