Data Services Analyst II, Labeling (Automotive)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States. This is a 12-month contract role.

hirify.global, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, develops automated driving and hands-free advanced driver assistance technologies.

What you will do

• Perform high-quality labeling and quality assurance work on sensor data from the Latitude fleet.
• Identify error trends, data discrepancies, bugs, and labeling quality concerns.
• Contribute to training, labeling policies, tool testing, and specialized projects.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to new team members and third-party labeling teams.
• Create slide decks and clarification documents with visual examples.
• Escalate quality issues and demonstrate deficiencies in labeling tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and two years of employment experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain prolonged focus while reviewing large volumes of data.
• Ability to clearly report tool bugs, sample-data issues, and labeling trends.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of Jira or similar workflow management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Confluence or similar wiki platforms.
• Experience at a self-driving company.
• Interest in autonomous vehicle technology.
