Senior Scriptwriter (TV/Radio/UGC)

What you will do

• Concept and write direct response scripts for TV, radio, and podcasts in 15- and 30-second formats.
• Write UGC scripts for TV production shoots and adapt them for paid social content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support influencer partnerships with scripts, talking points, and creative direction.
• Develop original creative territories and performance-focused angles for broadcast and digital channels.
• Attend TV and UGC shoots, adapting scripts and helping bring concepts to life on set.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director of Offline, producers, editors, and performance marketing to apply creative insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience writing for TV, radio, podcasts, paid social, or UGC, with a portfolio covering broadcast direct response and digital creator content.
• Deep understanding of direct response creative, including hooks and calls to action for 15- and 30-second formats.
• Experience writing UGC and paid social scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and directing creators in an authentic voice.
• Experience on TV and UGC shoots, with the ability to adapt scripts in real time.
• Strong performance-creative judgment, high-volume concept development, collaboration skills, and fluency with AI tools for concepting and drafting.
