Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Argentina or Uruguay — fully remote

What you will do

• Own client-facing product partnerships and lead discovery around business objectives, success metrics, and constraints.
• Translate client needs into clear sprint-ready requirements connected to measurable business value.
• Define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize work, challenge scope, and manage risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Own the Agile backlog and collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX on acceptance criteria, refinement, planning, and demos.
• Run acceptance testing and validate solutions against intended business outcomes.
• Bridge business and technical teams while supporting presales, solution design, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Owner experience, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.
• Experience delivering products in Agile or Scrum environments.
• C1 English required for client-facing communication and facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution focus.
• Ability to present options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Product or solution experience in any industry.
• Marketing, insights, analytics, product management, or consulting experience.
• QA knowledge or previous developer experience.
• Familiarity with high-tech, hospitality, fintech, or healthcare industries.
