Focus on building engineering tools and integrations, evaluating AI-enabled workflows, and strengthening development processes in an enterprise environment.
Location: Hanover and Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States; onsite work is heavily preferred

What you will do
- Support DevSecOps initiatives involving secure coding, CI/CD, automation, and development workflow improvements.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate AI tools for engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with automated testing, static analysis, code review support, defect prevention, and engineering metrics.
- Develop scripts, utilities, and integrations to automate repetitive engineering tasks.
- Contribute to software development using scripting languages, .NET, and C++.
- Collaborate with software, quality, security, and operations stakeholders and document recommendations for adoption.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience with scripting for automation, tooling, or workflow improvement.
- Familiarity with .NET and C++ development.
- Interest in DevSecOps, secure software development, CI/CD, automated testing, and software quality.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and evaluate their practical use in an engineering environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Hanover or Lebanon, New Hampshire is heavily preferred.

- Exposure to modern AI tools, AI-assisted development, or prompt engineering through coursework, personal projects, or work experience.
