Senior MLOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents on Agent Core MCP servers and MCP gateways.
• Build secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Implement observability for logs and traces using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
• Support AI researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams with infrastructure and production deployments.
• Develop CI/CD workflows and automation scripts with AWS Boto3 across multiple environments.
• Provision and manage cloud resources with Terraform, perform load and performance testing, and support vulnerability assessments, audits, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, platform engineering, API design, and integration.
• Hands-on AWS experience and coding skills in Python, Node, or Go.
• Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes or EKS, cloud-native architectures, security, cost optimization, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, observability tooling, MCP, and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or deploying AI agents in production.
• Exposure to high-scale distributed systems and complex cloud infrastructure.
• AWS certifications.
