Senior Technical Designer (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Drive the design vision, documentation, and implementation of major game features from concept to completion.
• Implement designs in Unreal Engine using Blueprints.
• Prototype iteratively and take concepts through in-engine execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, animators, VFX artists, sound designers, and other designers.
• Participate in playtests, gather feedback, and solve design challenges.
• Contribute to prioritization and big-picture design decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional game design experience with multiple shipped titles.
• Experience with online games and live operations.
• Solid familiarity with multiplayer game design.
• Understanding of player motivations, behavioral patterns, and engagement systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align cross-disciplinary teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
