What you will do

• Design and maintain IREG-based test campaigns for roaming partners, network changes, and service launches across data, voice, and SMS.
• Manage test SIM and eSIM fleets, remote test probes, campaign configuration, scheduling, execution, reporting, and coverage history.
• Build repeatable test pipelines and integrate smoke and regression suites into CI/CD with clear release gates.
• Define service-health KPIs, baselines, thresholds, alerts, and operational runbooks using synthetic tests, production KPIs, and customer journeys.
• Validate geo-redundancy, site failover and failback, Diameter and GTP path recovery, session survival, data consistency, and capacity under sustained load and signalling bursts.
• Analyse PCAP, MAP/SS7, Diameter, GTP, and DNS traces with monitoring data to isolate failures, support root-cause analysis, and validate fixes.

Requirements

• Experience in telecom QA, network testing, service assurance, or roaming validation.
• Practical understanding of LTE/EPC registration and session flows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Wireshark and network trace analysis.
• Ability to write test automation in Python or a similar language.
• Experience maintaining regression suites in CI/CD.
• English is the main working language and requires comfortable communication in meetings and asynchronously.

Nice to have

• Experience with a roaming hub, IPX provider, mobile operator, or MVNO, including partner interoperability testing.
• Hands-on SIM box or remote testing probe management.
• Experience with 5G roaming, VoLTE roaming, S8HR, or SMS over IP.
• Familiarity with HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS, and GSMA roaming procedures and documents.
